RF-SMART: NetSuite Solution Consultant (Remote)

Summary: For more than 35 years ICS, developer of RF-SMART, a United States headquartered company, has delivered advanced software solutions for distributors, manufacturers, and retailers worldwide. We are currently seeking a Solution Consultant (Presale Consultant) with warehouse and manufacturing experience to support our sales regions around the world. NetSuite, RF data collection and ERP experience will be a big plus in this role. This person will demonstrate multiple RF-SMART products by conducting online and in person demos to potential Customer as well as work with the direct sales team during the entire presales cycle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This candidate must effectively demonstrate the RF-SMART radio frequency data collection product with integration into Oracle Supply Chain Cloud and NetSuite to companies with manufacturing and/or warehousing operations. Demonstrations may involve:
Handheld hardware and label setup and demonstration
Display the configurability and administration of the solution
Coordinate with ERP Partners regarding demonstration expectations
Configure RF-SMART to align with the prospect’s warehouse and/or manufacturing environment
You will also participate in marketing activities such as webinars, creating product videos, conference staffing, and presenting at events. When necessary, you will use provision demonstration environments for our partners. In addition, you will support presales activities as well as solution design, RF equipment recommendations, gap analysis identification, business analysis, managing proof of concepts.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Job Specifications:
Moderate technical knowledge on databases/sources, SQL, Networks and Printers.
Experience in warehousing and manufacturing
Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite or Oracle EBS as well as MSCA which is a similar product as RF-SMART
Must be a multitasker with excellent communication skills who is energized by working in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced sales environment where your calendar can change daily.
Experienced working with sales team/executives. They will be your customers.
Driven by a portion of compensation being based on commission, which will be directly related to your influence on the software sale.

Must be able to work independently as you will most likely be working remotely from your home office
Travel on average is 30% with periodic spikes. Need to live with 1 hour of major airport. Ability to travel with short notice. Priority will be given to candidates living in the western half of the US.
