Job Accountabilities
Based in our Lancaster, Ohio facility, this position will support the commercial team of the Closures, Aerosol and Promotional Packaging (CAPP) Division in a variety of areas. The individual will work closely with not only the outside sales commercial team, but also with our manufacturing facilities throughout North America. This position will also interact with a variety of internal departments including but not limited to the Division's Graphics Department, Production Planning and Accounts Receivable. The CSR is the "voice of the company" who works to protect the best interest of the company while ensuring our customer's needs are being met. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Receive and enter sales orders from a variety of customers
Help in the preparation of various product price quotes
Setting up of new customers in the Crown system
Management of obsolete and slow moving inventory
Streamlining the chargeback process for all customers
Job Requirements
The candidates selected for this role will have a solid history of excellent performance and results. Qualifications will include the following:

A bachelor's degree in business or a business related field
3+ years of hands-on work experience in a customer service role. Customer service experience with large consumer package goods companies is a plus
Working experience in a manufacturing based industry
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment, both as an independent contributor and also as a team player
Effective and proven organizational skills, ability to prioritize, effective time management skills and sound decision making skills
Detail oriented and very accurate
Sound conflict management skills and effective interpersonal skills when dealing with company employees, vendor or customers at all levels
In-depth working knowledge of all components of the Microsoft Office software
Working experience using an AS400 system is a plus
A strong commitment to on-going personal development through education, work experiences or training
The position will require limited domestic and possible international travel. The ideal individual will have the potential beyond this position into other leadership positions in Inside Sales, Sales and/or Production Planning.
