Responsibilities
The OEM Sales Team Lead is responsible for selling products and services to key executives and decision makers at target companies while also effectively coaching, mentoring, directing, and guiding a diverse team of Account Executives. The focus of our sales efforts revolve mainly around Cisco, HPE, Dell/EMC, and other OEM related products. This position may also collaborate to identify hosting and managed services opportunities and partners to ensure our organization achieves goals and effectively establishes plans and strategies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Pursuing targeted customer relationships to achieve projected revenue growth. Creating and articulating well-structured hardware sales proposals based on customer needs and desires.
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and coworkers.
Gathering prospect requirements and participating in technical solution design.
Providing leadership and mentoring of Account Executives in the development of successful strategic sales pursuit plans of targeted Hardware/Software accounts.
Partnering with the District Sales Manager to develop, train, measure performance, and coach team members to meet and exceed sales / profitability goals and effectiveness.
Attending trade shows, and following-up on direct marketing activities.
Remaining current on industry trends, along with new products and services.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree -OR- 4+ years professional work experience.
5+ years sales experience; must include 3+ years prior experience selling technology products (hardware / software), services and/or complex technical solutions.
1+ years experience supervising or leading/mentoring a sales team.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance.
Travel as required by business need.

Other Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
Curiosity and excellent problem solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Interest in technology.
Self-directed and self-motivated.
Energetic, with a competitive spirit and a results-driven, goal-oriented attitude.
Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Integrity and ethical behavior is a must.
