A well established, ENT practice is in need of an experienced, medical assistant. Candidate must be a team player with a superior work ethic and the ability to multi task. Candidate must also be able to communicate at a high level with the physician and staff members as well as patients; must have a high level of attention to detail, and treat patients with care and respect. Allergy/surgery scheduling experience is preferred but not required. Electronic Medical Records experience required - Intergy a plus.
Compensation will be negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:
Ability to perform vitals, histories, injections and assist with procedures
Act as a liaison between the physician and patient
Obtain prior authorization
Return patient phone calls
Data entry into our EMR (Intergy)
Professional appearance and behavior
Must have reliable transportation
