Bart & Associates (B&A) is seeking an Automation Tester to join our team on a US Courts project in Washington, DC!
Bart & Associates is seeking an experienced automation performance/regression tester, with PeopleSoft HCM experience preferred. The position requires a team player and strong leader who can work effectively with the client’s test division in helping to integrate their testing services with the client’s delivery model. The first task will be to define, develop, and maintain an automated performance test strategy and capability. If that effort is successful, the second task will be to define, develop, and maintain an automated regression test strategy and capability. The position calls for excellent communication skills, effective presentation skills, and strong leadership skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Possess a minimum of 5 years automated testing experience (required).
Have prior experience using automated testing tools such as Unified Functional Tester (UFT), Neotys Neoload and PeopleSoft Test Framework or be willing to enhance existing knowledge of automated testing tools to become an expert in these tools in a short amount of time.
Possess a high level of attention to detail, be organized, and able to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and executives.
Deliver detailed automation test plans, create test scenarios, and produce test results.
Develop test automation documentation, procedures and guidelines.
Experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality, specifically with the HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll and ESS/MSS modules preferred.
Work in a multi-database environment using appropriate user roles, logins, and passwords.
Must have an active security clearance.
