As a member of the Human Resources team, this position provides analytical support in the development and administration of organizational compensation and performance management programs and processes. This includes job evaluation, analyses of compensation structures, external market data and internal equity. You will work in collaboration with the Human Resources business partners and business leaders to provide effective compensation solutions that will attract and retain top talent and help drive organizational growth.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree and 5+ years as a compensation analyst in large and complex organizations. A CCP designation is strongly preferred. A strong ability to gather, analyze and communicate the results of statistical data required. Must have a strong results and customer focused approach and the ability to work with all levels within the organization. A proven ability to communicate all things compensation to anyone in written, presentation and verbal form a must. Strong accuracy and a knowledge of federal and state wage and salary laws required. Oracle HCM experience preferred and advanced level Excel skills required.
