About the Intensive Care Unit ICU Manager Position:
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of a 32-bed ICU department split between two units. The ICU Manager will work closely with the Director of Critical Care and be responsible for the day to day operations including clinical, quality, and personnel, in an effort to meet organizational goals. You will ensure quality and safety goals while being supported by a very strong and well tenured team of 100 staff including an Assistant Nurse Manager, two Supervisors, and a Nurse Educator. You will be an vital piece in the growth and expansion of this department.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
RN Active License with ability to reciprocate
Minimum of 3 years of ICU leadership experience
Minimum of 7 years of Clinical experience in the Intensive Care Unit
Must be adaptive and able to lead change and growth from the ground up
Must have an uncompromising patient-focused mindset
