DePaul Community Resources seeks a full time Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO, Executive team and Board of Directors. Reporting to the CEO and located in the Roanoke office, this position is integral in ensuring productivity for the organization’s leadership and board. The Executive Assistant will provide coordination of and assistance to meetings; will provide critical feedback and act as advisor and liaison to the team; and will provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and board. Work includes but is not limited to scheduling, taking minutes, managing online portals, client relations, management of communications and correspondence, and providing research and feedback on a wide range of projects.
The ideal candidate will be personable, hospitable, and able to relate to people in all positions well. He or she will be a self-starter, proactive and exceptionally well-organized. The position requires great attention to detail, clear communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to make sound judgements, solve problems quickly and hold information confidential are essential.
