SAN BERNARDINO CIVIL LITIGATION PUBLIC ENTITY DEFENSE FIRM seeks two associates to join a growing practice. We are looking for one associate with enough experience to work independently on aggressively litigated cases with potential high exposure and one associate with one to three years experience willing to learn and take on more responsibility. Experience handling employment litigation would be highly valued. Must have excellent work ethic, high-level legal research and writing skills, and be positive and productive.

Responsibilities
- Case Management
- Preparation of motions oppositions, replies, and other court pleadings.
- Analysis of legal issues, exposures, and defenses.
- Prepare/Respond to written discovery.
- Assessment of damages claims.
- Work as part of a team with all levels of experience
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
