Support the MBO (Management by Objectives) process for the corporate group, including being the main point of contact and face of the performance team to the functional leaders and their teams. This includes running target setting meetings, completing employees' goals updates in the system, supporting on any exception requests and monitoring Quarterly Performance Reviews completion. He/She is also responsible for auditing employees final scores at the end of the year for bonus purposes. The corporate MBO professional must be knowledgeable and subject matter expert on all relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for their functions able to provide support, guidance and perspective on appropriate mix of KPIs and setting goals to drive cross-functional interaction between teams.
Support the Management by Objectives (MBO) program for all corporate teams. This responsibility includes all MBO processes: target setting, performance reviews, employee updates, Key Performance Indicators definitions and exceptions.
Develop MBO improvements which includes processes, automation, analytics and standardization.
Partner with Zone Performance Leads worldwide and act as liaison with Business Lead and HR Business Partners
1-4 years of career experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent planning skills, ability to work consistently within established deadlines
Experience in data analytics, KPI definition/management, and process improvement
Excellent communications skills and team player
Strong Project Management skillset; ability to demonstrate strong influencing and stakeholder development skills
Availability to work cross-functional in a matrix organization, breaking silos
Ability to navigate all levels of the hierarchy, from the presidents to the shop floor
Desirable overall understanding of the P&L and other financial reports
