JOB DESCRIPTION
WFMY, in Greensboro North Carolina is looking for a Production Assistant who understands great production value and teamwork. This person will be working with HD studio robotic studio cameras, hand held camera, and a jib. Experience with non-liner editing is necessary. We are looking for someone who is an innovator, and leader. Brief Description:
Operation of studio camera, teleprompter, and various broadcast equipment.

Edit stories for on-air and on-line.

Assist web department in posting updates to our various websites and social media.

Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
A degree or work towards a degree in a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication skills and computer skills.

Flexible availability is essential. Position involves extremely early and late hours and includes weekends and holidays.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.

Basic knowledge of non-linear editing.
