Part time Dayroom Specialist. The Dayroom Specialist maintains a positive and welcoming dayroom environment for guests, volunteers and visitors. The candidate must be professional, detail oriented, able to multi task, computer proficient, comfortable working with homeless population, have good motivational skills and high energy. This position is key in the engagement of and welcoming of homeless guests and volunteers entering the facility.
This position is responsible for checking in guests, monitoring activities in the dayroom and interacting with case management and kitchen staff. High School Diploma required, Associates Degree (preferred). Experience with homeless, addiction and/or mental health beneficial.
