Job description

RealPage Field Photographers are a skilled team that is responsible for providing the highest quality photography to be used to enrich our customer’s websites, create 3D furnished floor plans, 3D tours, interactive site plans and cinematic videos. Our photographers will use high-resolution cameras to collect digital assets of our customer’s properties across the nation. Photographers will be hired in an assigned territory and responsible for properties within the assigned territory. Our Field Photographers will report to our Photography Manager, and will be given an assigned territory which may overlap with other Field Photographer territories.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Capture high-quality photographs of properties/assignments within your assigned territory
Shoot a minimum number of properties while meeting or exceeding quality standards
Ability to drive within the assigned territory
Schedule and maintain appointments with property representatives via phone, email, or in-person
Conduct yourself in a professional and cordial manner as a RealPage company representative
Collect property data as directed by your manager
Follow procedures and communicate regularly with Manager
May be asked to participate in team meetings/conference calls
Upload photography in a timely manner
Maintain company provided equipment
Abide by company car policy and safety standards
Perform special projects as directed by Photography Manager
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Photography or relevant work experience
Two years’ experience in field, production photography, and videography experience preferred
Must have and maintain a good driving record and submit to an annual and/or motor vehicle record reviews; pre-employment background screening process includes review of motor vehicle records, drug and alcohol and criminal background check
Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month, on average
Must live within the center of the specified location, but willing to travel
Ability to photograph locations during the daytime on weekdays
Must own professional camera equipment, will be evaluated and approved
HDSLR/DSLR (18 MP minimum) full frame or crop sensors; no micro 4/3
Sharp, wide-angle lens(es) (10-18mm for cropped frame; 16-24mm for full frame sensors) ***Must be your camera's brand; no off brands i.e. Tamron, Sigma, etc.
Strong tripod
Company will provide a company car, Matterport 3D camera, and clothing allowance
Provide proper U.S. Work Authorization documentation
Skills and Abilities

Proficiency in capturing HDR images through bracketing (no in-camera HDR feature permitted)
Ability to properly white balance images in mixed light situations using a grey card.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
Detail oriented and organized. Will be responsible for scheduling appointments with clients.
Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications
Have experience with cloud-based file storage/sharing web applications (box.com, dropbox.com)
Have experience with Matterport cameras
