Odyssey Family Counseling Center is currently hiring a Full-Time Fully Licensed Child and Adolescent Services Clinical Manager. The Child and Adolescent Services Clinical Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Odyssey’s Child and Adolescent Services for Mental Health, School-Based Services, Odyssey to Recovery, and Child and Adolescent Prevention and Education Programs.
Qualifications:
- Must be fully licensed in Georgia an LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Psychologist with a minimum of 3 years working with children and adolescents in the community mental health setting.
- Experience with school-based services is preferred.
- Minimum of at least 1 year of supervisory experience and must be certified to provide clinical supervision according to the Georgia Composite Board requirements
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive services
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
- Knowledge of Care Logic EHR is preferred
