MTM, Inc. continues to grow and we are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist!

The Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for the execution of the systematic approach to making the organization’s workflows more effective and more efficient to achieve strategic business objectives. The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for documenting the organization’s processes and will assist with developing strategies to optimize and standardize processes in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

This position is located at our office in Chesterfield, MO.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain accurate work flows of existing business processes utilizing BPMN standards
Work with front line staff to document processes as well as process risks, controls, and improvement opportunities
Drive optimization of core business processes to align with business strategies and goals of the organization
Analyzes, develops, and implements sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements
Leverages Lean Six Sigma and related methodologies to effectively identify root cause of problems
Develop process improvement strategies that address people, process, and technology gaps
Present findings and process improvement strategy to leadership stakeholders ranging from Manager through C-Level executives
Identify and develop process KPIs in order to monitor process performance throughout the improvement lifecycle
Monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance
Act as a liaison for cross communication with technology Product Owners and Business stakeholders
Facilitate process Change Control
Partner with the Project Management team to successfully implement process improvement projects
Facilitate and assist with continuous improvement efforts or process improvement workshops such as value stream mapping

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Six Sigma or related certification preferred
PMP certification or experience managing projects preferred
Proficient with Value Stream Mapping, Lean and A3 techniques and methodologies
Proficiency with MS Office Suite particularly MS Visio
Familiarity with database and system design
Basic understanding of SQL and reporting tools and functions preferred
