What does a great Senior Administrative Assistant do?
You will provide skilled and efficient administrative support within the Account Management team of E-Payments. Using discretion, good judgment and acting with initiative and independence, you will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative duties. This role requires the ability to take initiative, analyze many factors and use independent judgment to make informed decisions with frequent access to confidential and complex information. You will utilize excellent problem solving skills through frequent interaction with all levels of staff in person, via email and telephone.
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you can look forward to:
Booking travel and handle expense reports. You will handle complex calendar management with minimal supervision. Lead off-site, internal and external meetings with associates and clients, including scheduling WebEx meetings and conference calls, providing agendas, handling logistics and writing meeting minutes. You will craft presentations and documents, prepare, proofread, verify and craft information for reports, correspondence, handouts and presentations and letters. Process and assist with onboarding of new hires; handle the purchasing of computer equipment, phones and supplies. You will move multi-projects forward or take multi-step direction with minimal supervision as well as analyze various types of data to generate reports and presentations. You will assist in Account Management programs and perform other duties as required.

Basic qualifications for consideration:
10+ years’ experience supporting a team.
High level proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Extraordinary oral, written, and social communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and focused on quality.
Ability to travel 5% - 10%.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Bachelor’s degree is desired.
