Frito-Lay North America is seeking a high energy, experienced Administrative Assistant in Flint, MI. This position reports to the Sales Zone Director and Zone Business Manager.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Create and maintain Frito-Lay Customer information
Maintain delivery schedules for sales drivers
Process accounts payable invoices
Create and update PowerPoint presentations
Pull Sales figures reports
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
Create new hire training documents for new employees
Instruct new hires through Orientation
Generate multiple reports through various systems
Maintain and order office supplies
Distribution of mail and faxes
Coordination of vendors
Process and track equipment repairs
Coordinate and prepare for meetings
Maintain communication boards
Support multiple managers across the Zone
Ability to work within Zone budgets
Backup for HR and Payroll Admin
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Position Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience. Understanding of HR and payroll functions is preferable. Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize work. Qualified candidate must have the ability to assume responsibility, have initiative, and work independently with little or no supervision. In addition, must have the ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities. Must possess good organizational, problem solving and follow through skills to complete projects in a timely manner.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail. Team player that is resourceful, creative and results oriented with strong communication skills. Computer skills which include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Exceptionally heavy emphasis in multitasking different priorities and ability to stay organized. Ability to handle the preparation, development and editing of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Word documents. Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels, both in person and over the phone, within and outside the company. Demonstrated ability to be a team player, maintaining a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment. Possess a high degree of initiative, sound judgment and sensitivity in maintaining confidential materials with discretion.
