We currently have an opening for a Communications Senior Manager in our Roseland, NJ or New York, NY office.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, the position leads internal and executive communications for the firm. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Influencer Relations
Executive communications
Strategy and content development for C-suite (internal & external)
Content strategy and development for internal events (Town Halls, Owners Meeting)
Identify and leverage new channels of communication
Speaker training
Social media strategy and content support
Manage specialist for execution
Employee/Partner communications
Internal communications strategy (goals, messaging, voice, channels)
Develop/maintain Firm mission, vision, values and socialize
Direct and facilitate communication cascade through management levels
Facilitate 2-way communication
Oversee general employee content on Intranet
Manage suggestion box responses
Collaborate with Marketing Operations on Employee Advocacy social media & training
Collaborate w/ Employee Engagement leader in People & Culture (HR) on employee engagement initiatives and programs
Stakeholder Relations
Manage Partner Alumni communications
Assist in managing and curating content for LinkedIn Alumni group
Collaborate with Marketing team and People & Culture team on other community/affinity group programs, such as Executive Women’s Forum

Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant work experience – Professional Services/Consulting firm preferred
Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communications, or Business
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to develop strong rapport and trust among senior leaders
Proven experience developing communications strategies and leveraging a variety of channels
Social media savviness
