Manager In Training Job Summary
Mike’s Carwash located at 4898 Fields Ertel Road Cincinnati, OH 45249 is seeking a new leader to participate in our Manager In Training program. You will initially participate in 3-4 months of in-depth, well-guided training with the end goal for you to step into a leadership role at our location. Through on-the job training, classroom based workshops, and online learning systems, you will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to begin your journey as a Mike’s Carwash manager.

Mike’s Carwash Benefits
Starting pay at $14.40 an hour or more depending upon experience plus a quarterly bonus opportunity. A fully trained manager can expect to make at least $40,000 per year if meeting the targeted hours and bonus opportunity.

Leadership- Provide training, coaching, and overall support of the performance of your team.
Customer Service- Deliver any service necessary to ensure your customers leave satisfied every visit. This includes recommending services, spraying off cars and directing customers into our automatic carwash, handling customer complaints, and maintaining quality relationships with your customers.
Operations Management- Work with your management team to accomplish location goals and tasks including revenue and finances, inventory, hiring, staff scheduling, customer satisfaction, safety, and other production goals.
Quality and Maintenance- Execute daily preventative maintenance, repairs, and oversee quality and cleanliness of the carwash equipment and outside property.
Professional Development- Participate in a structured management training program and continue learning skills or knowledge not already mastered.
Work Schedule- Prepare to work a targeted 40-45 hours/ 5 day work week, including varying shifts during Mike’s Carwash hours of operation.
Complete other assigned tasks.
Must have either two years of professional management/leadership experience, a degree in management, organizational leadership, or a similar area of study, or a combination of experience and education.
Strong customer service skills.
The ability to work in an outside environment for long periods of time.
The ability to work on your feet for long periods of time.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
