Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing behavior therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. Duties
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to clients
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate and support families on behavior management techniques
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques during therapy sessions
Skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Knowledge of special education practices
- Proficiency in behavior management and behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.78 - $23.82 per hour
