About the position:
We are looking for a part-time, creative and forward-thinking digital marketer and Google Ads PPC expert to join our growing team as a PPC Specialist. This is a position that requires a solid understanding of Google Ads Pay-Per_Click (PPC) best practices and strategies. You will lead our Denver based team (local or remote) in managing Google Ads and assist in improving a campaign with the goal of increasing incoming vacation rental lodging leads to each of our 6-Colorado Ski Resort locations.
Marks of success for this job would be: CPC ~ $.75 CTR ~ 7% - 10% Conversion ~ 7% - 10%.
The position will manage the PPC and comprehensive digital strategies that are aimed at driving qualified traffic, enhancing the user experience, and increasing conversions. The job plays a key role in crafting Google search engine optimization strategies for Gondola Resorts in the vacation rental industry. This is a role that requires exceptional critical thinking skills and communication and skills in Google Ads. The PPC Specialist will handle Google campaign setups for existing business at our six Colorado resorts in Aspen, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Snowmass and Vail.

In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the President & GM to develop unique Google Ad strategies based on individual resort needs and business goals
- Prepare Google Ads(GAW) campaigns for each resort location
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis and change PPC strategy daily
- Collaborate with internal teams including Gondola Resorts executive suite, project managers, advertising specialists, and strategic account managers
Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years agency or in-house Google Ads experience (REQUIRED)
- Min 2 years experience working within Google Ad Words and developing GAW campaigns (REQUIRED)
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Experience with keyword research and tracking keyword rankings within Google Ad Words
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization best practices and the Google ranking algorithm tied to Google Ad Words
- Experience with Colorado mountain ski resorts a plus
- Ability to work with Goole Ad Words, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Basecamp a plus
- Experience working with Google Tag Manager a plus
- Able to both independently and in a team setting, with a willingness to help where needed
- Enthusiasm and a passion for digital marketing
- Lives in Denver metro area and can work in LoDo (Lower Downtown Denver at corp office) if necessary
