We are looking for a hands-on operations manager to be responsible for all aspects of our 3rd Party Logistics relationships, with the ultimate goal of providing an amazing patient experience. The 3rd Party Logistics Manager will lead strategy and execution within this part of the broader supply chain and will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

What you'll do:
  • Find new 3PL relationships if necessary, and own the relationship life cycle
  • Provide the 3PL with production targets and ensure that targets are met, and blockers are resolved immediately
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries
  • Work with multiple fulfillment centers to replenish inventory and manage inventory levels
  • Negotiate contract renewals, pricing, and newly added services
  • Ensure that cycle counts are done on schedule and results are accurate
  • Receive credits if owed
  • Review monthly defective inventory and work with the appropriate vendor manager to receive credit
  • Support with disposal of scrap inventory or reverse logistics
  • Build and review reporting for month-end inventory balances, and all inventory transactions
  • Work with finance and accounting teams to ensure inventory accounting is accurate
  • Perform quality audits and resolve issues that impact the patient experience
  • Implement and drive new supply chain processes across 3rd party logistics accounts
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, costs and the quality of our product and service to our patients
What we're looking for:
  • Passion for Curology and what we do!
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in hands-on operations and/or supply chain, in particular working for a 3rd party logistics company or managing the relationship
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize and reprioritize
  • Strong negotiation acumen and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems
  • Strong ability to extract insights from data, advanced skills in Excel required and expert in SQL a plus
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to work side by side with the team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
  • Comfort with and experience in constantly changing, fast paced environments
  • Experience in an eCommerce setting a plus
