As a System Administrator for the Federal Programs team located in Reston, Virginia, you will maintain, administer, troubleshoot, and monitor hardware/software/configuration across multiple environments and hundreds of servers to ensure systems are operating at peak performance. The candidate will perform data backups, independent diagnostics, troubleshooting and remote system repairs as needed to restore normal system processing in the event of problems with hardware, software, networks, and systems. In addition, the candidate must be available to work various shifts, including weekends, and have experience with, and expertise in: system monitoring, software problem solving, initiating and providing phone support during problem resolution and conducting disaster recovery operations. You must be able to transfer or obtain and maintain a public trust clearance for the Department of Homeland Security. Requires U.S. citizenship***
