The Senior CRM Marketing Professional plans, recommends, implements, and optimizes marketing communications to members based on detailed quantitative analyses of consumer databases and external data sources to develops data driven insights into members, their behaviors, buying preferences and patterns. The Senior CRM Marketing Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior CRM Marketing Professional identifies and communicates initiatives that enhance the positioning and offering of products and services to members. Performs multiple analytic functions, such as modeling data management or reporting solutions. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field
  • Progressive marketing and/or advertising experience
  • Business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
5-8 years of experience in direct response marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations or related field Experience with consumer test-and-learn processes Demonstrated ability to think strategically with consumer experience design thinking Experience optimizing marketing activities by leveraging analytics, conducting tests, and applying insights to improve performance Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while implementing projects Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that achieve business goals Strong business acumen skills, including comfort with financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Clear and concise oral and written communication skills Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs Preferred Qualifications Prior Marketing Experience for a Fortune 500 company Experience working with copywriters, graphic designers, and print/email/phone vendors Knowledge of diabetes, clinical concepts and conditions Experience in a results-oriented marketing and communications environment Master’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field Additional Information Scheduled Weekly Hours 40
