Description:
Manage and maintain Salesforce instance which includes upgrades, system configuration and integrations. In office 4 days and WFH on Fridays.
Responsibilities:

Manage/Maintain Salesforce systems and products.

Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems, including integration.

Administering Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

Granting or revoking user access to specific data, reports, and dashboards.

Responsible for data hygiene, maintaining data quality and accuracy.
-
Customizing Salesforce applications and features using tools such as the Object Manager, Lightning App Builder, and Process Builder.

Creating and maintaining automated workflows, approval processes, and process builder flows.
-
Building reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.

Setting up and managing communication channels - Chatter and email templates.

User Support – Provide training, triage end user issues to determine root cause, solution and enhancement requests.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical and end-user documentation; document training materials where needed.

Evaluating and installing third-party applications from the Salesforce AppExchange to enhance system functionality.

Developing and enforcing data governance policies to maintain data quality and consistency across the organization.

Work with stakeholders to define business and system requirements and execute based upon the needs: standard or customize.

Performs and participates in the analysis, design and implementation of business and systems processes and procedures following appropriate standards.

Work with 3rd party vendor to manage development needs and change management.

Performs and manages QA/UAT based upon needed changes.

Vendor management and maintenance of technical documentation for customizations.

Work closely and in collaboration with teams in remote locations to support clients needs.

Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce experience required.

Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
Preferred:
-
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
-
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
-
Knowledge of CLM (Conga) / Quote tools / OwnBackup a plus.
-
Knowledge of JIRA and MS SharePoint a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
