We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product development team. The position will be responsible for timely launch of, high-quality products and features that delight our users and significantly influences our bottom line. Our Product Managers are jugglers who are not afraid to work on multiple products and platforms at once and smart businesspeople who keep these diverse efforts aligned and impactful. We seek a self-directed, motivated team player with a keen ability to communicate and lead cross-culturally. When screening candidates, we will look for a proven track record launching mobile products and/or services for an established Internet organization. Our global team demands enthusiasm, diversity, flexibility and collaboration in order to deliver for our customers and stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Product Vision: working with other Product Managers; develop concepts and ideas that help Cequint deliver value to our Carrier Partners and End Users.

Product Roadmap: You will own product delivery. Formalizing feature concepts, developing the user experience, writing the copy, navigating legal hurdles, and more - this is a big opportunity.

Supporting the Customer: You will have a direct relationship with some of the best Customers around; collaborating with them on how to improve our engagement with End Users, answering questions to help facilitate the delivery of our shared Roadmap, sharing observations on usage
and opportunities for growth.

Skills/Characteristics:
Passionate about the mobile consumer experience and an advocate for the end user
Self starter who can quickly contribute across a wide variety of projects and handle increasing scope of responsibilities
Team player; willingness to 'do' as well as to 'manage' or 'lead'
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for identifying market opportunities
Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and program management skills
Strong cross-cultural communicator - both oral and written; can confidently relate to a senior executive one minute, and an engineer or designer the next
Strong advocate with collaborative negotiation & influencing skills
Flexibility - we are a truly global team, with members located in multiple geographies and time zones (i.e., strict 9-to-5-ers need not apply)
Some relevant management experience extremely beneficial (i.e., managed a subset of a product development team in most recent job)
Qualifications

8-10 years of product management experience with at least 3 years working with a Mobile, Internet company
Experience and track record defining and launching mobile software products
Experience with product design using iterative, rapid prototyping with end users and development using Agile methodology preferred
Track record working effectively with teams in remote locations and time zones
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work with cross functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Business Owners, User Experience, Visual Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Service) and to facilitate meetings and discussions effectively
Strong organizational and program management skills
Understanding of the mobile handset industry is a plus
MBAs with technology background/experience preferred
