We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to all guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Manage hotel staff through effective leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
- Develop and manage budgets to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract guests and enhance the hotel's reputation within the resort community.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain hotel services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in human resources management, including hiring, training, and staff development.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management within a hotel setting.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk software for efficient operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices is essential.
