Your Role
You will have a direct role in reviewing, assessing, and evolving our global talent practices to drive growth, bolster performance, and enable The Coca-Cola Company to thrive. You’ll frequently collaborate with HR, Talent, and Platform Services colleagues from across the network to bring our strategies to life. You will:

Evaluate – Continuously assess our talent practices to stay ahead of changing business needs and the future of work.

Research – Stay abreast of external research and internal insights to inform purposeful innovation. Establish relationships with external subject matter experts and organizations that spark your creativity and provide a fresh perspective.

Strategize and Disrupt – Leverage data, insights, and your own intuition to challenge the status quo, develop compelling strategies, experiment, and drive continuous improvement of our talent strategies.

Consult and Partner – Be a future-focused thought partner for our HR and Talent colleagues to identify and recommend future-back solutions for local needs.

Inspire – Translate our strategies through relatable storytelling to build belief with leaders and employees and facilitate change.

Careers – Our Thrive career strategy helps employees own their career in a way that works for them, aligned to their aspirations. By upskilling people leaders as career coaches, prioritizing development and introducing more transparency, flexibility, and choice, we aim to help employees build a thriving career. This role will support embedding our Thrive Career strategy into our existing global talent practices and introduce new practices and tools to bring the strategy to life.

Performance Enablement (PE) – PE is a practice that helps employees receive frequent feedback on their performance and development from those that know their work best and gain clarity on their work priorities each month. This role will participate in leading continuous improvement of the PE strategy, tools, and resources to drive high performance and support employee development.

Work Design – As we help the organization prepare for the future of work, we need to think differently about how we develop and deploy talent across the organization. This role will continue to evolve our Opportunity Marketplace strategy and experiment with new approaches to work design.
Skills and Experiences You'll Need

Relevant Human Resources and/or Talent & Development experience
-
Experience compiling and assessing relevant research and data to craft actionable insights and strategic solutions.

Experience transforming ambiguous or complex concepts into simplified solutions.

Personal or professional experience leveraging both strategic and creative thinking to problem solve, innovate and/or develop solutions.

Experience working with global organizations and/or a strong enterprise mindset to ensure solutions serve global needs.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire through storytelling.
