We are hiring Operations Support Associates to join our growing team. These are full-time positions in Lubbock, TX with great benefits. SitePro is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Operations Support Associates work varying 12-hour shifts and must be open to working night shifts and weekends as needed.

General Responsibilities:

  • Working with clients over the phone and via e-mail to assist with automation software questions, configurations, and incidents. Assist customers at the quality and expectation of SitePro and our clients. This may include (but not limited to) industrial facility start-ups, troubleshooting, and dispatching.
  • Creating and distributing daily reports as well as other operations projects as needed.
  • Troubleshooting electrical and automation systems to resolve complex problems in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining thorough communication with the involved parties throughout the process.
  • Communicating and collaborating with multiple internal and external teams to accomplish common goals both in the office, shop, and in the field.
  • Monitor and make quick decisions to ensure client assets are appropriately functioning as well as follow-up on those situations.
  • Keep clear, concise, and detailed records of interactions, monitoring results, and assistance provided.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills. Call center and IT experience is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills (all work will revolve around multiple on-going projects) and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Motivated self-starter that can be productive with limited supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to stay calm in intense situations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think logically in a step-by-step process.
  • Schedule flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing workloads/environment.
  • Ability to handle extreme shifts in workloads. Work demands can fluctuate from occasional lull periods to urgent situations that require critical thinking to determine the swiftest course of action.
  • Better-than-average computational skills with average QWERTY keyboard typing speed.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and in close quarters.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of circuits, electrical systems, and electrical engineering applications.
  • Mechanical aptitude esp. oil and gas industry experience.
  • Understanding of fluid-based pump systems and controls.
