Unified Global Solutions is a fast-growing telecom company based out of Dallas Texas. We currently are providing services across the country and are rapidly expanding.
We are looking for a field experienced candidate to report to and coordinate with the Field Services Manager for successful preparation and follow through for installs and support of voice and data services.
1. Screening providers for assignments.
a. Route and dispatch to qualified techs.
2. Assist technicians in understanding scope of work prior and after survey.
a. Ensure techs have tools and documentation.
b. Ensure techs are confirmed for their scheduled install/dispatch.
c. Monitor and manage, reschedules cancelations and delays.
3. Coordinating with the Project managers regarding scheduling and tracking parts orders.
4. Relaying technician information to Activations Team.
5. Dispatch techs for go backs on installs and other dispatches tasked from support and project managers.
6. Other duties as needed to assist with efficient and quick and accurate documentation and tracking of schedules.
An ideal candidate would have:
- 2 or more years’ experience installing network and voice equipment and or prior project management and dispatching experience.
- 2 or more years' experience with CRM platforms, MS Office.
- Familiarity with network and voice equipment and connections
- Familiar with dispatch platforms such as Field nation
- Can remotely direct onsite technicians and assist activations with specific instructions.
- Excellent skills in communication and documentation for accurate and prompt responses.
- Experience directing remote technicians for on time arrival and relay of scopes.
- Ability to check and monitor communications such as email and messages during non-prime business hours.
- Sense of humor and firm communication skills.
