Giant Water is currently seeking individuals experienced in customer-focused positions for in-home sales representatives. The Outside Sales Representative will work in Sales for a recognized brand and industry leader that offers best in class product and sales training that will put you on the road to success!

The primary responsibilities for this position are to analyze customers’ water composition, design water treatment solutions, make sales presentations, and build solid, long-lasting relationships within customers’ homes in your assigned territory. In addition to generating your own leads, you will be given company leads and marketing support to help build your territory.

Requirements:

  • Learn Giant Water’s processes, services and product lines so you can better understand customer’s needs and present a viable solution.
  • Be able to make an effective presentation to a customer so they are adequately educated on our products and services.
  • A minimum of one-year sales experience
  • Build and manage a customer pipeline
  • Schedule installations with the Service Manager and customer and attend install if necessary.
  • Close deals, drive revenue, and earn commissions
  • Build and manage a customer pipeline
  • Maximize every company and self-generated lead by closing the deal or gathering referrals
  • Utilize technology systems and resources to reach out to prospects and turn them into customers
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Effective communication with management and coworkers
  • Close self-generated deals monthly
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends)
  • A valid driver’s license and your own transportation
  • Keep positive and open communication lines between customer, office staff and service technicians to ensure all installations are scheduled, billed and completed to our standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Must be able to self-generate leads, as well as run leads given by the company.
  • Provide support to weekly, monthly and yearly goals set by Sales Manager and Dealership.
