MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are actively looking for our future Visual Graphic Designer for the OPI Brand, with these key responsibilities:
Deliver projects, from concept through production, with direction from the CPM and Creative Lead (Digital Content Manager, and/or Art Director and/or Creative Director)
Digital design work focus supporting digital platforms, toolbox initiatives and always-on content. Including, but not limited to: site layout, social media content, varied digital ad graphics
e.g.: webpage design/layout, display ads, IG Graphics, Pinterest Pins, YT Thumbnails, Social Headers, etc.
Ownership of concept and design in bringing-to-life assigned campaigns/initiatives to hit the brief
Flexibility to assist team and/or take-on disparate design work as-needed. Including, but not limited to: FMOT, print, packaging, events
Iterate on projects based on direction and feedback
Provide guidance and support to team members: helping efficiencies, building skillsets, and evolve design.
Participate and contribute in brainstorm sessions and consistently use sense of creativity, foresight and good design judgment in developing and applying marketplace trends
Retouching imagery as needed for projects and/or supervise Retoucher
Accurate and timely project delivery to specifications
Design in alignment to evolving brand standards with emphasis on brand consistency
Communication, prioritization, and time management skills to self-manage projects and deadlines.
Contribute towards optimizing design workflow and creative process

Portfolio demonstrating strong experience in graphic design / visual communication
Excellent Digital skills and Media knowledge
Resilience to accept criticism of your work. Amend, revise or redevelop in response to feedback.
Ability to work under pressure and simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines without compromising quality.
Great organizational skills.
Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.
Confident, enthusiastic and determined.
Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
