This is a steady extra Union position.
Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Summary:
Greet and escort guests to tables. Maintain a courteous/efficient operation to ensure guest satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
· Greet guests and seat them promptly with menus
· Take drink orders
· Check guests to make sure they are not waiting long
· Assist in bussing tables
· Get desserts
· Perform side work as required
· Close guest checks
· Check sidework for bussers, food servers, snack bar
· Answer phones
· Break other food outlets
· All other duties that may be assigned
Work Environment:
· Must be willing to work any shift when necessary
· Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke
Requirements:
· Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English; Bilingual a plus
· Must have Health Card or ability to obtain same
· Previous experience required; at least six months preferred
· Must be at least 21 years of age
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to move quickly around property
· Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
· Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
· Must have manual dexterity in hands and fingers
