L3 Technologies, Sensor Systems Segment is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant and Office Manager in the North Dallas area. This position will manage the Sensor Systems Segment Office and support the Segment President.

Responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support for top executive of a multi-billion dollar international corporation.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. May provide guidance and direction as needed to administrative staff and other temporary clerical employees.
Organize and maintain files concerned with highly confidential and restricted data such as long-range plans, financial papers, salaries, performance evaluations and the promotions and transfers of upper management employees.
Compile and prepare a variety of special reports and analyses that may be confidential in nature by researching, abstracting and compiling information from a variety of sources.
Plan a wide range of logistics for company events including transportation, lodging, catering, communications and scheduling.
Anticipate, prepare and organize materials needed for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc.
Prepare documents, expense reports, memos, letters, reports, graphic presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Maintain appointment schedules/calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinate meetings, conferences, and make travel arrangements.
Receive and assist visitors and telephone callers. Determine nature of the call and refer to Executive or others, as circumstances warrant.
Oversee the day to day operation of the Segment office, including security matters such as Site Visit Requests.
Requisition supplies, as needed.

Qualifications
This position requires an organized, detail-oriented professional with:

High school diploma. Associates degree or higher preferred.
Self-starting individual skills who can work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Over tens years’ experience as executive assistant to senior C-level executive in a multi-billion dollar international corporation is required.
Experience arranging travel with American Express. Experience using Concur preferred.
Strong written/oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail as well as ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
Strong skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) programs.
Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information.
Ability to work overtime as required
