Performs various skin care treatments, i.e., Glycolic facials, permanent pigment, and Obagi skin care with blue peels. Provides skin care consultations; develops individual skin care regimen and teaches necessary skills to ensure best results. Provides post-operative patient care to include laser dressing changes, suture, dressing removals, and application of restorative makeup. Assists physician with patients. Duties performed may include one or more of the following core functions: a) Directly interacting with or caring for patients; b) Directly interacting with or caring for human-subjects research participants; c) Regularly maintaining, modifying, releasing or similarly affecting patient records (including patient financial records); or d) Regularly maintaining, modifying, releasing or similarly affecting human-subjects research records. Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

High school diploma or equivalent, current State of Texas Cosmetology license as a Licensed Skin Care Specialist, and one (1) year experience in medical office.
