KATV, in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Marketing Solutions Architect. In this role, you will partner with the Sales and management teams on the planning and development of strategic integrated solutions that drive results for our clients. This position is responsible for the project management and execution of campaigns. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert providing critical industry and market analysis and strategic advice to internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic analysis and a passion for providing a remarkable customer experience for new and existing clients.

Responsibilities include:

Work with the sales team to strategize and execute effective and innovative integrated solutions ensuring that KATV and Sinclair’s solutions align with clients' needs and objectives
Serve as a broadcast and digital advertising expert
Lead client-focused strategy meetings with sales and management teams to align on campaign requirements, client objectives, and solution design
Leveraging client needs analysis outputs, collaborate with Sales and Marketing Associates to plan and develop compelling sales proposals and associated collateral to support sales efforts in the field
Oversee campaign execution once an order is processed, including campaign scheduling, onboarding, deploying, and monitoring
Provide analysis and recommendations to proactively optimize campaign results and offer post-campaign best practice solutions
Conduct sales calls (new prospects and existing clients) with Sales Managers and Marketing Consultants

Project and Account Management

Collaborate with all departments to coordinate materials and resources to ensure successful execution of integrated campaigns, sales programs and promotional projects
Utilize project management tools to develop project timelines and coordinate efforts between sales and support teams
Supply internal teams and client status updates, project plan modifications, and completion reports
Take responsibility for ensuring timeliness and completion of all expected deliverables


Serve as a trusted advisor by conducting high quality business and industry analyses and reporting out to internal teams and external clients
Drive research efforts to support sales teams in selling integrated solutions to new and existing clients
Leverage research tools and resources to provide clients with local-centric data that informs the client of market/industry trends and opportunities
Support clients with ad hoc data investigations and analytics

Knowledge base in television and digital advertising, including competitive media, ratings calculations and analysis and qualitative measurement
Understanding of digital reporting and analytic metrics necessary
Knowledge in TV broadcasting sales and/or marketing is preferred
5+ years of marketing strategy and execution
5+ years of advertising experience
Nielsen, ComScore, Microsoft Excel, Project PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
