Incumbents coordinate Community Action Program (CAP) service provisions. Incumbents directly intake information from applicants requesting services, assist with identifying and recruiting essential community services, and assist residents in finding and applying for services. Incumbents assist with programs offered at the Resource Center and provide support to other related neighborhood projects and activities.

Provides information to residents and assists in finding and applying for needed services
Provides a high-level of customer service to all customers and partners
Directly intakes information from applicants requesting services
Provides feedback to Supervisor on community needs
Assists with various neighborhood projects and activities which improve the surrounding neighborhood and assists residents in improving their quality of life
Assists in identifying needed human and housing service providers and potential partners; provides general operational support for service provision partners
Assists with program activities; may coordinate with other internal departments and external agencies, as needed
Compiles and analyzes data; conducts research, prepares and reviews related reports and correspondence related to emerging needs, trends and services
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
Performs other duties of a similar nature or level

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have at time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona driver license.
