Full Job Description
Accomplishes human resource objectives by assisting the HR Team in daily obligations. Obtaining, recording, processing, forwarding, and explaining human resource information.
Provide support and assistance to all members of the HR Team
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
Maintain digital and hard copy records of employees
Serve as a point of contact with benefit vendors
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Process payroll and resolve any issues or errors
Serve as the liaison to the Dept. of Finance
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices; keeping HR Team updated with these.
Assist employees by explaining benefit programs
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Reporting and Administrative Writing Skills
