Successful candidates will have strong 10-key data entry skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

Duties:
Prepares source data for electronic entry by collecting and extracting pertinent information to establish entry priorities
Processes client account source documents by reviewing data for missing information and discrepancies, and returning incomplete documents to applicable parties
Enters client fright invoices by inputting alphabetic and numeric information
Maintains data entry requirements by following set procedures
Verifies entered information by reviewing and making edits as needed
Ensures client account procedures are up-to-date and stored in applicable systems
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes
Interacts and coordinates with various departments to ensure the achievement of a cohesive goal

Qualifications:
1-2+ years of demonstrated data entry/ administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Accurate and fast keyboard skills, with the proven ability to enter data at a minimum of 10,000 KPH / 40 WPM
High School Diploma / GED (or relevant work experience)
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
Excellent communication skills, both written and orally
Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
