Our Customer Service Video Alarm Operators are our first line of defense to process video alarms in an accurate and timely manner while providing a high level of detail through our ticketing system. What You'll Do:
Process video alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally
Provide a high level of detail through the ticketing process
What We're Looking for?:
1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail is a must
Must be able to type, write, and speak English
Preferred Experience (but not required)
