Leads Catalog team and provides support, guidance, and direction to the team to carry out strategic plans. Acts as a key liaison with internal and external partners for day to day business and special projects, building relationships for interdepartmental collaboration and execution Creates and executes presentations for senior management, highlighting financial performance, strategic milestones, and industry trends Provides guidance on Catalog and New Release product management and sustain plans to interdepartmental stakeholders, reviews initiatives and offers input Identifies and recommends opportunities to grow the business, improve process and collaboration across departments Manages planning and execution of product lifecycle recommendations for the Disney catalog transactional business, including physical and digital distribution Drives promotion, pricing, and product strategies that align with strategic plans and franchise management objectives for the catalog Builds strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to develop catalog strategies, forecast profitability, secure buy-in and approvals, and execute programs for success Supervises and supports the personal development for team 10+ years of progressive experience managing strategic projects, franchises, to deliver strategic results Experience in building strong, strategic relationships and navigating complexity of a large corporation Ability to work and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment Flexible approach to shifting priorities on multiple assignments Excels at presenting diverse information in a clear, concise manner with a data-supported point of view Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including modeling and advanced functions. Keynote a plus. Entertainment industry experience preferred BA/BS degree, Finance or Marketing preferred MBA preferred
