Full Job Description
Creating a positive and memorable Customer Service experience to all Customers. Managing orders from customer enquiry to ensure successful shipment, invoicing and receipt of goods.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
Manage portfolio of customers, ensuring orders are processed in an accurate and timely fashion to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
Communicate effectively with customers, brokers, and team members to showcase WNA as a valued supplier and partner.
Prioritize workload to balance multiple customer requests and deliver responses within agreed upon timeframe.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and others as needed to ensure orders are successfully processed and fulfilled.
Contribute to team meetings, offering feedback on daily workload and streamlining activities within the team
Develop and document procedures to be used in training others on customer requirements.
Answer customer enquiries regarding product information, order status, shipment tracking, etc.
Call customers regarding back orders or short shipments
Run Open Order report daily to ensure all orders are properly confirmed and released to shipping as needed.
Obtain freight quotes when needed.
Respond to customer complaints and fill out customer complaint form in a timely manner.
High School diploma or equivalent
3 – 5 years of customer service experience
Customer-focused mindset, experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
Professional phone and email etiquette
Ability to manage multiple priorities, support overall team activities, and contribute to business success
Intermediate computer skills – Outlook, Excel, and Word. Order management
Following GMP in compliance with all food safety requirements.
