Job Summary:
Responsible for providing administrative support for the Volvo Employee Lease Program (VELP) and Test Car Program for employees at the Charleston, South Carolina location. This includes the administration of VELP and Test Car delivery/turn in process, timely responsiveness to employee inquiries and providing South Carolina employees an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate the delivery of VELP and Test vehicles including scheduling appointments, installing plates/decals and ensuring insurance cards and registration cards are placed in glove box.

Conduct an in depth product walk around at time of delivery

Review VELP requirements and guidelines at time of delivery

Coordinate turn in and pick up of VELP and Test vehicles

Ensure accurate/timely recording though the VELP application of vehicle deliveries and turn ins

Maintain test and VELP vehicles within the E2E system

Provide timely and accurate responses to employee or administrative inquiries

Liaison with inspection company on timely inspection of VELP and Test turn ins

Communicate with Remarketing Department and Commercial Sales Department regarding program violations

Familiarize employee with the VELP application

Assist with scheduling service repairs

Key Competencies/Abilities:
Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile industry

Customer satisfaction driven

Volvo Product Knowledge

Exceptional time management skills

Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with Division of Motor Vehicle processes

Proficiency with VELP application, VISTA and E2E platform

Ability to remain flexible and responsive to changing conditions

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and oral

Strong interpersonal skills
