Capozzi Adler, P.C., is a well-established, mid-sized law firm with three offices in Pennsylvania. We are seeking a full-time Paralegal with 2 to 5 years litigation experience to work in our office located in Harrisburg . The ideal candidate would be able to start immediately.

Essential Functions:
· Assist attorneys with drafting and preparing litigation documents including discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, briefs.
· Create binders for hearings/depositions
· File pleadings
· Finalize briefs and court filings, including running tables of authority and formatting documents
· Keep track of litigation deadlines
· Conduct discrete research projects on Westlaw
· Schedule client meetings and respond to client inquiries
· Organize and present exhibits for depositions; review and label discovery documents
· Coordinate with Experts regarding documents needed for Expert Reports
· Prepare, bates-number, and securely transmit large document productions
· Coordinate with third party document review vendors
Minimum Qualifications:
· 3+ years’ litigation experience
· Prior experience with filing in various courts and working with discovery
· Adept in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
· Ability to independently produce accurate work-product under tight deadlines
· Attentive attention to detail and organization skills are a MUST
