Job Description
**Plano, TX location is preference, but not required. Position could be field-based anywhere in the U.S.**

The SC Ops Representative is responsible for executing National Account projects through Pepsi bottlers and outside service providers. They play a key role in converting new business, launching innovation equipment, and driving volume through brand-building initiatives by working closely with franchise bottlers to deliver outstanding service and customer support.. This person will typically support approximately 30 bottler locations, ensuring that install and service standards are met for each project. In addition, the Associate Regional Ops Manager will provide customer support for 200+ Field Managed National Accounts, managing a capital budget of approximately $2MM and providing leadership for all renewals, deal models and special projects.

Key Accountabilities for this Position:
Build relationships with Independent Bottler principals and MEM leads. Provide tools, training and resources to support all major National Account initiatives and track performance against standards
Leverage reporting and Bottler Scorecards to drive continuous improvement across Independent Bottlers
Conduct annual Business Reviews with largest bottlers, identifying areas of opportunity and building specific plans to drive cost savings or service/install improvements
Work closely with Foodservice Area Managers to address product and equipment needs for large national projects such as customer conversions, new brand introductions, and cooler expansion
Support PepsiCo Innovation Team by communicating equipment updates and securing participation in field tests
Leverage bottler feedback through regular forums such as the Equipment Advisory Board and work in the field
Manage Capex spending to plan by developing new outlet and equipment upgrade forecast, communicating upgrade criteria to sales, and approving all requests for equipment additions or replacements
Complete equipment and service portion of new business and renewal deal models for Field Managed National Accounts. Leverage equipment and service data, NBV reports and understanding of PepsiCo economics to build the optimal equipment and service program for new contracts
Provide Field Managed National sales team with equipment and process training as needed. Lead large customer projects including brand optimization, innovation, or equipment upgrades
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ Years Experience within beverage industry, preferably with bottler and service/equipment management
Strong communication skills
Ability to deliver audience-appropriate content across all levels of the organization in both written and presentation format
Strong reporting and data analysis skills including intermediate/advanced Excel, with preference for CETS and SAP experience
Ability to lead large cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills, with proven ability to deliver results on time and within budget
Must be willing to travel 20% of the time
