Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Media Strategic Campaigns, this role will help lead social media storytelling by identifying interesting customer stories, unique employees, technology stories, and industry trends through creative video content, event coverage and corporate social responsibility. Leverage your proven talent and experience in writing, journalism, and video production to lead the social team’s efforts to break new ground in video storytelling and brand marketing through a diverse portfolio of projects.

Preferred Experience Includes:
World-class creative video portfolio, including technology and/or brand stories, and transformational testimonials

Extensive experience on content marketing opportunities and requirements for digital media assets, including strategy alignment and measuring/tracking effectiveness

6-10 years of experience in video concepting, brand/art direction and production that combine strategy, message, and content into effective and brand equitable digital media assets

6-10 years of experience planning, budgeting and collaborating with production, infrastructure, editorial, publishing, requestors/clients

Hands on expertise on the video production, publishing and cost requirements across multi-platform media: live, web, mobile and social

Impeccable written and verbal communications across all levels of engagement: operational, creative, presentation, strategic, management, internal, client, team

A Bachelor’s level degree (or equivalent) in Journalism, Video Production, Advertising, Film or Design

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across line-of-business and/or geography as an account manager, with experience of creative production and media buying.
