Intern position available to an IT student. We will teach basic help desk skills such as logging calls, hardware installation, software application reset, and desktop support. We will also work around your school schedule..
The help desk is open M-Sat 7 AM – 11 PM and Sunday 7AM – 9PM. Extended hours on some holidays.
Customer service experience
Retail store experience preferred, knowledge of basic computer hardware and peripherals
Basic troubleshooting skills
Able to speak Spanish or French a plus
Education Requirements: High school diploma, currently as a student in a 2 yr. or 4 yr. or higher education program
Experience Requirements: Basic computer knowledge/experience required
Work Hours: Monday-Saturday 7:00AM-11:00PM, Sunday 7:00 AM to 9:00PM. Minimum 20 hours per week during this time
