We are in immediate need for a Data Analyst to collaborate with management and/or customers to develop and understand product specifications. You will develop appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data products.
Perform sophisticated data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing management or customer requests.
Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.
Utilize and support database applications and analytical tools.
Evaluate data quality, applications, and functions.
Produce output and maintains operation.
Research new data sources and analytical tools.
Contribute to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation.
Develop awareness of and familiarity with issues and events affecting organization, department, and/or customer.
Use timely and appropriate participation of users/customers in data collection and query systems.
Provide accurate and appropriate interpretation of data, applying knowledge to evaluation, analysis, and interpretation of data.
Communicate regularly and effectively with team members and management and communicate results effectively to management and/or customers.
Deliver data products in report/presentation format, or verbally, to management and/or customer specifications and timelines.
Point out system or process problems when noticed and engages the team in problem-solving.
Facilitate satisfactory communication and resolution of problems.
3-5 years of professional experience.
eCommerce background ideal.
