This is an exciting opportunity for a DC based Recruiter to help MPS and ConQuest as we experience rapid growth in our joint ventures. This is a contract position to start, but has the potential to become a full time permanent senior position within the firm. The individual in this position will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates who are skilled and experienced in digital transformation, cloud, cyber security, program management, organizational change and capacity development.
The position is located primarily at the MPS headquarters in downtown Washington, DC, with an optional partially-remote schedule.
Proactively source candidates in a tight labor market to identify and attract top talent by developing and maintaining a local network and pipeline of potential candidates in the areas of digital transformation, cloud, cyber and organizational change management at all levels.
Attend industry conferences and events and participate in relevant associations to build network.
Leverage best in class recruiting tools and methods to proactively identify talent and engage them in our pipeline.
Perform hands-on recruitment including phone screens, coordinating interviews with contract teams and managers, and acting as liaison between candidate, managers and HR.
Manage recruitment efforts across contracts to meet corporate performance metrics for staffing open positions. Includes collaborating with internal consulting teams as they engage with the recruiting processes and developing and maintaining enterprise recruiting tools and trackers in support of the recruitment strategy.
Track tasks and follow up with individuals to ensure recruiting/staffing activities are brought to a close.
Develop the recruiting strategy for next few years and determine best long term approach for talent acquisition for our growing firm.
3 years of recruiting experience and 10 years of professional experience
Understanding of basic HR and recruitment principle
Understanding of concepts of digital transformation, cloud, cyber security and organizational change management
Experience with project management/coordination
Experience working with teams and building networks
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Willingness to do local travel as needed
