Total Annual Compensation: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing HVAC customers.
- Provide customers with detailed estimates for service contracts, repairs, and equipment replacements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to customers.
- Negotiate and close service contracts and sales deals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC/R systems to identify the root cause of problems.
- Repair or replace faulty components or parts to ensure proper functioning of HVAC/R systems.
- Test HVAC/R systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and meeting safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering any questions they may have.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
Qualifications:
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
